Personal preference for the 3 sciences and maths: Natural Science - very flexible degree that allows you to pick whatever modules that float your boat. This is particularly favourable if you intend to go into scientific research.

Fine art is somewhat limited, because you only get degrees related to art and doesn't really go well with the sciences e.g. history of art, fine art, etc.

If maths is a thing for you, consider engineering since it combines maths with some of the sciences.

If you want a mish-mash of different science combinations, you can have for example:

Biochemistry

Biophysics

Chemical physics

Bioengineering

Chemical engineering

Do note, should you ever want to do a postgrad in a different subject to your undergrad, some unis offering postgrad degrees in fine art accept undergrads in any subject but you would need to find these particular degrees.

In terms of careers, the ones that tend to come to mind are:

Biomedical scientist - need a degree in biomed first (ideally IBMS accredited)

Medical illustrator

Engineering - a very wide field

Scientific research/academic

Bioinformatician - more stats than anything else

Anything in healthcare e.g. pharmacist, doctor, dentist, vet

Whether the degrees/subjects or jobs are good or not is kind of subjective. You would probably need to ask people who work in those specific roles to see if it's something for you.

I would go down the engineering route if I were you or something like medicine and then becoming a surgeon because your artistic skills would kind of be helpful if you think about it

maths, physics and fine art can link to architecture.

biology and fine art can link to natural sciences then a masters in medical visualisation and human anatomy
