Reapply with poor achieved grade in a levels

Hi
My A level results are not great- I was predicted AAA, but I was undergoing some pretty difficult stuff preceding exams , so managed to achieve only BBC. My UCAT score last year was 2700. Im looking to improve my ucat score this year and also resit 2 of the subjects through my school next May to improve them . I , most likely, will be supported with the same predicted grades as before
However, do you think I can get any interviews or offers form any good Univeristies with this archived grade showing ? Which universities may be better to apply that consider resits / reapplications ?
Would be great to have some advise in this . Many thanks

I’m not sure about unis that are good for resits/reapplications however if the stuff you went through did affect your grades I’d suggest looking up to see if each uni you wanna apply for has a disrupted studies form or something similar that you can send in to explain why the grades dropped from your predictions/why you preferred to resit and it can help them understand better and perhaps be more inclined to consider you more than if you just reapplied!
