Oxford Brookes Accomm Clive Booth Noise

Hi, I was curious about the noise levels at Clive Booth Student Village. I've heard some horror stories about UK accomms and noise complaints not being respected. Basically I'd like to go at sleep at 11pm to wake up for early lectures. I'm alright with wearing earplugs but things like loud banging, partying, etc. would still wake me up and cause a bad day afterwards. I know that there are rules against noise in the contract but I was wondering how/if those rules are actually enforced in CBSV? Thank you!

Congratulations on securing your place at Brookes.

I had stayed at Clive Booth Student Village and can confirm that rules are strictly enforced and there is security available 24/7 so if you do have any noise complaint you can ring them and they deal with it asap . There security regularly goes around the accommodation ensuring there is no disturbance caused to the students.
