Student Finance concerns...

I had to apply for my student loan via post because I wasn't born in the UK. Therefore, I cannot view the progress of my application online.

My application isn't showing up in my account - the only thing that is there is an Advanced Learner Loan from three years ago.

I have had no updates via post, email or text.

I am now really genuinely concerned that my application has been somehow lost. The last contact I had with SFE was when they informed me my Irish passport was being sent back to me via post - so they have received my ID for my application.

I am currently on hold to SFE but I said I would post here too to see if I could find any more information. I am really panicking haha.

I'm not sure, I believe it was back in May.

Hi there, For us to confirm if the form has been received and as its not showing on the account we would require a tracking number from Royal Mail. As your advising that nothing is showing on the account we would advise to call us as you are doing. Thanks, Angela
