Edexcel IAL results and "cash-in"

Hi. I am an IAL student who finished their last set of exams for a levels this june 2024. my results came a few days ago, but not the final certificate from edexcel. i read online that my center will provide this by november... but after speaking to my school they say i need to pay money for a late "cash-in"in order to get the final certificate. apparently i was supposed to request for a cash in back in march during june series exam registration. But our school didn't inform us about anything to be done and are telling us to pay late fees now. How do i obtain my final certificate now?

I’m in a similar situation as you right now. I did not cash-in during the registration period for the June 2024 IAL exam series. I don’t think my school has even requested the late cash-in for me yet. I’m also worried about not being able to obtain the final certification / an updated Candidate Statement of Provisional Results when they are supposed to be issued (which I believe is during Oct or Nov?) I do hope it won’t get delayed because I really need the certificate for uni applications asap.
