weeks required to attend foundation year at university
Okay, So I recently got given an unconditional offer to study here at Birmingham City University. The course itself begins this year and I'm joining in the foundation year. Typically, how many days a week would I be required to be on campus, and if this information is known, how many weeks of the year would the course be progressing through (not including holidays.) This may seem like an odd question

The timetables and contact hours for each foundation course can differ. I'll try to find out for you how much time you should expect to be in uni.
Which course are you studying?
A typical undergraduate course runs from September through to May/June, but again this does depend on the course and assignments towards the end of the year.

I've had a look into this for you. Unfortunately it's hard to say an exact timetable for your course at the moment.
From my own experience of a foundation year, I had timetabled sessions across four days. But as I was completing an art and design course, this may differ from your potential timetable.
Timetables are typically available from August/September, so you'll know for sure in the upcoming weeks. I appreciate the wait can be frustrating, but you'll get the right information soon.
