How to transfer from student finance wales to SFE

Due to changing course after two years and moving out of wales, I’ve been told that SFE is now my appropriate source of funding by SFW.

Both SFW and SFE helpline wait times are too long so I can’t contact them again at the moment, as credit is an issue.

How do I transfer from SFW to SFE, so that I can change my university on the system and apply for SFE funding.

I can’t seem to find the appropriate method for this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
