Post graduate degree in Sep 2025
Hello,
I am a mature student who is graduating from her undergraduate course in July 2025. I have found the Msc that I am interested in at University of Southampton but I am a little unsure of the support I can get as it is not tailored for students like me.
As I said I am a mature students, with Settled Status and prime carer of two young children who will be in Sept. 25 primary school age. The course I would like has a cost of £15,000. Currently I am working part-time, but most likely that might not be able to be the case once I graduate.
Looking on the Gov.uk website, it seems like I can access £12,500 towards my postgraduate course but there are no information if I can access extra support. Unfortunately I do not have the support of a family and not enough funds to self fund this course.
What can I do? What are the steps that I can take?
