London metropolitan

I got an unconditional offer from my insurance choice and I decided I want to go there. As I decided that some time ago, I was told that it wasn’t a problem but I had to wait for the reply of my firm choice, cancel it and it would be done. The thing is that my firm choice, the London Metropolitan University has not accepted or rejected my application. Is there anyone else experiencing this with the London Metropolitan or does anyone know more about it?

Hi there apologies for replying so long after you posted, but I wanted to share information in case it is still helpful for you or for other applicants in a similar situation.
If you have decided to accept an unconditional offer from your insurance choice but your firm choice (London Metropolitan University) has not yet responded, this can occasionally happen if there are delays in decision processing. In this case, you would normally be advised to wait until your firm choice has made a decision before you can fully release yourself to accept your insurance offer, which is a UCAS process rather than a London Met-specific one.
If you are still experiencing any issues like this in future cycles, I’d recommend contacting our Admissions team directly they can check the progress of your application and advise you on how to proceed:
📧 [email protected] 📞 +44 (0)20 7133 4200
Also, you can always reach out to UCAS customer services for help with releasing yourself from a firm choice if you wish to go with your insurance place more quickly.
If you have any other questions about studying with us at London Met, please don’t hesitate to get in touch we’re here to help.
