tbh grades are between you and the books. you could try the 888 method for studying. 8hrs sleep, 8hrs free time, 8hrs school/study. GCSE's are more about organisation than content, so plan your time wisely between all subjects with an hour-by-hour timetable.

This was mine, it went on for a couple months (fc means flashcards) and i make it in microsoft OneNote. ignore the fact i didnt run ever, i sprained my ankle 😭 make sure you do daily exercise because 8 hours work is a lot of sitting down. hope this helps, im sure you can do this, it gets way easier over time. try not to burn out 🙂

German I mainly did duolingo and things like that, also active recall randomly saying things in German, I also checked past papers and made mind maps of a whole topic for example say one question was on the school I'd make a mind map of everything in German school related and different sentences I'd say in past present and future. Tenses are so important as they basically make or break a whole sentence so make sure your really confident in switching from past present and future as that will help you get as many marks as possible

I'm going to yr 11 this September but so far it helped me in my mocks and I got a 6( I got capped bc we did a mix of higher foundation papers but I got a 7 in the writing)

Hope this helps:smile:

The best way to revise for maths and physics is by doing lots of past papers and exam style questions. I don't do German, so I am going to let someone else help you with that.

so for maths at the end of year 10 I was also at grade 5. I just got grade 7 for my actual GCSEs (in my mocks I got 8). Honestly you just have to practice a bit every day.
My maths teacher would make us do whiteboard work for 20 minutes at the start of every lesson for all of year 11. It's honestly just down to practicing a little bit of maths, often. That ensures that you learn all the techniques so you can spot when to apply them, or at least trial the techniques.
I bought a massive whiteboard for at home and I would just sit on my bed and work through old maths papers on it which helped.
My maths teacher would also give us old past papers every week and this gets you familiar with the type of questions they might ask, sometimes they 'recycle' questions, and you immediately know how to find the solution. It also helps you spot your weak topics, and that tells you what you need to practice more.

I got grade 8 in physics, in year 10 I probably got around 6-7.
And for physics, learn the equations. It sounds tedious but it means that when you are in the exam all you need to do is rearrange and substitute the numbers into the formula.
Make sure you convert numbers in questions to the correct units by looking at their prefixes (e.g. MegaAmps).
Practice questions and get familiar with topics that are bound to come up, for example circuits, learn what DC and AC is, learn what current, voltage and resistance are (I'm not kidding learning what those actually are got me so many extra marks). Once you understand WHAT things actually are in physics it becomes much easier. Hope this helps!

+substituting and using equations is worth so many marks in the actual thing !!!!
