Royal Holloway Accomodation Admin Hotline?

The deadline for securing accommodation is tomorrow and I gave a call through the clearing hotline regarding getting details to access the accommodation portal. My place is confirmed on UCAS but never received an email with details for accessing the portal. The person on the other line gave me my Royal Holloway ID and used that to register but it says no student record available :frown: I have no clue on what the accommodation admin phone number is, does anyone know what it is?
hey i had this issue too, the login worked after around 24 hours for me although it says usually 12 hours and if more then just call them however that time was when the lines were closed but the next morning it was successful so just need to wait

Hi there,

Once you’ve confirmed your place with us through Clearing you can apply for accommodation using our Online Accommodation System. Rooms are offered on a first come first served basis. Once you've applied, we'll get in touch with an update within two working days.

If you’ve already added us a firm choice on your UCAS Hub and registered on our online accommodation system, you’re guaranteed an offer of a room if you apply for accommodation by 11.59pm on Tuesday 20 August. Find out where you could be living here.

Call us on +44 (0)1784 911695 for more information.

It can take up to 24 hours after your course place has been confirmed before your accommodation profile becomes active and you’re able to apply!

Hope this helps.

Best wishes,

Royal Holloway, University of London
