Ocr a level maths remark

Hi I’m 4 marks away in maths from getting the A I need to get my firm. Should I arrange for the remark as I won’t get my scripts until it’s too late and the deadline for priority remark is tomorrow.
Has anyone had success ?

NB you can't have a paper re-marked, only a 'review of marking' that checks for any clear and obvious errors (that penalise you or go in your favour).

If you can't get the script back in time now and it will impact your ability to go to your firm, make contact with your firm asap and check that they'll hold the place until the priority review comes back. If they will, request the review of marking.

If the marks went down rather than up, how far would you be away from losing your insurance place, out of interest? That is always a risk if you're close to the boundary that you should also consider.

I thought the deadline was 22/08 ? For Priority remark ?

The average mark change after a remark is 1 mark for A Level maths and that could be up or down. The chance of moving up by 4 marks is extremely low, probably < 0.01%.
