Stop making excuses, pull your finger out and do all of those things you wanted to do. As long as you've got your health and a willingness to do these things, it's never too late.

Come on, you're 16 years old ffs. If people in the 20's /30's / 40's can go to university as mature students, you can surely have a go at doing these things.

Everyone (regardless of how good they may be now) had to start somewhere; even the biggest Oak tree in the forest was once just a s**tty little acorn that fell to the ground. Certainly in Marital Arts, no one is going to think less of you for not having done anything before... they'll just be glad someone is taking an interest in their sport and is willing to learn.

Use what's left of the summer holidays to look into the clubs and find the opportunities to do these things.

Embarrassing yourself and making mistakes is part of growth. You can't expect to get anywhere in life without stumbling here and there. I started martial arts a few years ago (early 20's) and it's been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Seriously, stop making excuses and get after what you want, because life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
Youth is on your side, you can do what you want to do and if you start doing the things you want to do now, then you'll make a life and a living from them. Don't be afraid to just jump at what you enjoy and you won't regret it. Timidity is something that's sad to witness especially when young people are scared to be themselves, but you have to let your light shine or it'll really hold you back in the future. 16 is the perfect age to go and get what you want, don't let anything stop you, not even yourself.
Depersonalise as much as you can to get started With those things, Give it a year and you’ll be decent at them.

I'm 21 and i feel the same. The only thing i can suggest is join clubs in the local area (if you can) or just look online for anything which is similar to those skills you want to do. I'm sure they'll be a dance club somewhere or a local youth drama club somewhere. If you're going onto 16+ education you can also consider joining college clubs or even studying drama or music at a-level or btec
