Offer made for my accommodation was not one of my choices.

I have received my offer for accommodation and I got Green Bank Student village when I never applied for it. I have emails saying, and on Liverpool life that say in my application I applied for Crown palace, Phillamoric and Vine court yet in my offer I received none of those?

I declined the space as I really don't want to be living that far away in my first year and now it says I have lost my guarantee of accommodation?

How on earth is this fair? what am I meant to do? I already sent an email with the proof of what I applied for and stating what how I never applied for it but my response was "the accommodation guarantee will no longer applying".

Seriously considering to go into clearing for another university over this.

I wanted to go to greenbank but have been put in the private try student accommodation which is much closer to the uni, if only we could swap 💀

I’ve got told on the email but that I couldn’t join the wait list because the accomodation is approved by the uni

Hi there,
If you're unhappy with the accommodation you've been offered, it may be worth exploring other options before you accept. There's lots of private student accommodation near campus that might be suitable, so definitely worth exploring before making a decision.
