Alevel in a yr help

So I just finished alevels, however I only sat 2 alevels. This is because after deciding I want to do a gap year, I decided that I will do my physics alevel in yr. This meant I had pretty much done all the content for the alevel, including practicals. However as I'm sitting the alevel next yr, do i need to redo the practicals or no? If I have to how do I go about doing it because everywhere I've seen is super expensive

If you already passed your practical assessments in physics when you were in college, you don't need to do them as a private candidate. You can ask for them to be transferred onto your new certificates once you have done your exams.

If you have failed your practical assessments or never done A Level sciences, then you should do them even if it's not mandatory for your exam board; a lot of the top end unis will expect you to have passed them prior to applying for some of their degrees. Some unis won't explicitly require you to have passed the practical assessments, but this can vary based on the degree so you would need to check the entry requirements for each degree that you apply for to be sure.
