SED

hey guys so I currently just did my A-level and my grades were DDE I was predicted BBC during but due to extenuating circumstances during exam season I flopped so I applied through clearing to SED and told them briefly about the issue and they gave me a provisional offer and said I got accepted but UCAS hasn’t updated I also received a phone call by them and they asked me if I had any questions about the course but now it’s been 4 days and my UCAS application says waiting for decision to be confirmed by university. I don’t know if I am going to accepted or not. What is a provisional offer? I know I might just be overthinking but I just want to know if I have been accepted by the uni and waiting for ucas to be updated

Provisional usually means it depends on a certain grade or outcome
However you already have your grades so this is rather odd
I would call the uni
(not sure what SED means)
