How do i achieve an academic comeback in year 10?

Im currently on a summer break from school and going into year 10 my grades arent terrible but they arent great, How do i improve these grades especially in maths and science to not get bad gcse results

Use the rest of this summer effectively by getting ahead and starting to revise GCSE content way ahead before the exams. For maths, practice past paper and practice questions exhaustively on each topic, and know your weaknesses so you can target where you need extra help. Don't be afraid to ask your teachers questions, and bring questions into class which you can ask your teacher after class.

Some really good websites for maths are Maths Made Easy (MME Revise), Physics and Maths Tutor, BBC Bitesize.
