Uni of southhapton clearing help ?

So I called the uni yesterday and spoke about my issue accepting my offer through ucas as I don’t have anyone to approve of the application. They were great to help me by telling me what to do next and keeping my space for a little while longer. So I was told to make a ucas application independently and was wondering what to did do the reference part. They are aware that no one in the uni is able to look at my application so can I skip this part or is there anything I could add to it that is not a college.

If you set up an application that isn’t linked to a school or college then you will have the option under the reference section to tick “apply without a reference”.

If you can’t see the reference section on your application then you need to RING UCAS to get your application unlinked from a school/college.

I rang ucas and they told me to contact a local career advisor and she said to make another account application and to give the uni my new ucas ID. My application on the previous account says it’s been marked as deleted so hence the new account

over the phone. They can make all sorts of changes but you need to speak to someone who knows what they're doing and not just the temp staff covering the phones.
