I just received and offer for a position in Barrow for the September intake. To anyone who has accepted their offer, could you tell me more about how you've been finding the on-boarding process. I'm slightly nervous as this would be my first time being so far from friends and family. If anyone is in a similar boat (or not) feel free to pm me if you wanna discuss about it.

I applied to the Graduate Business Consultant scheme with BAE systems for the September 2025 intake and had my hirevue assessment/interview in early January. Has anyone heard back yet? I look on the portal and it just states that my application is still 'In Progress', I just presumed that I didn't get it as it has been around 6 weeks since then, but apparently they take a while to get back to you? Any help would be appreciated, thank youuuu

How long after interview did people hear back with any news?

Did you get anywhere with the reserve list? Were you clearly told that you're on the reserve list? I got a call before my interview confirming they would contact me regardless of outcome but unfortunately the interview resulted in an email only containing a rejection. I've tried to contact them but my HR case now expired and I've not been able to contact anyone about whether I'm on the reserve list even.

Can I ask what position this was for, a grad job or apprenticeship?

Yes I was placed on the reserve list. Just trying to find out the chances of me getting an offer. I see a lot of apprenticeships getting offered positions after some time, however for grad jobs I struggle to find much information.
