I didn’t have an interview. They moved me to Jan without the need for me to re-applying

What role and location, if you do not mind me asking?

Just got a rejection email almost 2 months after my final interview with no feedback. Honestly BAE Digital intelligence has to have one of that worst graduate HR teams. The same thing happened to me in 2023 as well 🙃

Is anybody’s sc checks taking really long?

Really? Sorry to hear that. I took an offer in febuary with them for the sept 2025 swe intake. Applied october 24 and had lots of communication and feedback throughout the whole process. Got my offer only 10 days after final interview, and have lots of communication for onboarding plus a monthly check in just verifying everything is going well outside of BAE

Yes, I have! I have an ‘informal chat’ today with them on the phone

I am 90% sure will still have to do the final interview though as I didn’t do one for the first scheme but I guess will find out more today

Same site as you too but just a different course

I’m confused, how were you on the reserve list without doing the final interview at all?

You will need a security clearance for bae systems no matter what role you applied.
