My screening call didn’t last 40 minutes at all, it was simply just why do you want to work for BAE and why did you apply for the specific role. Don’t stress too much about this, I don’t think I gave particularly good answers in the screening call and still was offered an interview

I have just been contacted and made an offer 🥳 so took just over a week but I will preface that by saying they were only hiring 1 in my role and by the sounds of it, didn’t interview that many people, I’d imagine it is different for the engineering roles
