Is it possible to complete Pearson International AS exams and then do 2nd year through Cambridge International?

I don't think they would accept them. Most of the qualifications don't allow you to cross over like that; I would check with the individual exam boards to be sure.

If on the other hand you are asking whether you can do Pearson's spec, then do the full A Level under CAIE since a lot of the material at AS Level overlaps across both bodies, then yes you can often get away with it if the material are similar enough. For example, I can learn AS Maths from Pearson and then resit AS and do A2 with CAIE without doing much extra work because the AS specifications are similar enough for me to do so.

Oh! So then I guess my Pearson AS grades would not matter, but instead I would just sit the full Cambirdge A level exams (assuming they are only at the end of year 2) and I would technically be already familiar with the content (since I did AS exams in year 1)

You would need to check with the individual exam boards to be sure.
I would also check the specifications of both exam boards for the subject to be absolutely sure of there being sufficient overlap as well as what else I need to cover in CAIE that isn't covered in Pearson at AS.

I can't say for certain, but if I want to go about it in your situation that's how I would play it.
