MMU Enrolment issue

I was trying to enrol today with my Student ID and password. However it didn’t work. I needed to verify my photo and stuff and it needed the student ID and password i tried and it still didn’t work. I called the enrolment
helpline and they said my details are not on their record and to call the admissions which I did but no one picked up. What should I do now?

Hi, please be patient and try again later this week as it can take some time for all the admissions data to be sent to the enrolment team. If it still doesn't work on Monday, please give the enrolment team a call back🙂 - Chloe
I haven’t received an email yet regarding enrolment, am I meant to receive one or do I just enrol online?

I got an email about an "Unconditional offer" where a letter will be attached. I received mine on the 15th, and my details were sent to the enrolment team today (21st of august), meaning I will have to enrol on Friday. However, I managed to get my ID sorted.

Hi! Enrolment letters are being sent out in batches so don't worry if you haven't received one yet
