Advise needed for Uni options for Economic

I would like to study Economics with Data Science or Economics with Finance. I have seen those choices in Bristol, Manchester, Exter, Leeds, Southampton
all asking for A*AA or AAA or less
I am predicted A* in Maths, A* in Computer Science and A in Economics
Imperial(Economics with data scoience) and Oxford (E&M) but they seem to be very hard to get in, adding that I am stydying in a private school

questions: from the semi-target unis.. what would be the best known in Economics?
without 3xA* should I apply for Oxford or Imperial? they require different test to be taken
should I look into PPE from a top uni? I dont want pure Economics
sorry I am lost
