Job during my gap year

So I'm taking a gap year, but I need to find work. I've worked before at McDonalds as lobby staff when i was 16 during the summer and beginning of year 12. But now I need money for uni. My current cv template is very technical, so are there any CV templates which are non technical for retail jobs. I want to have 2 cvs.
Also, are there any places which have a high hiring success rate (not McDs, long story lol) and not too difficult to do, so I can make a list.

I’d suggest looking at sites like Indeed or creating a profile on LinkedIn to get an idea of the different types of roles in your area that you meet the criteria for! Usually the chains have large turnover rates of staff, however, don’t knock the smaller businesses, some of the best experiences I’ve had working when I was younger have been in small start-ups or working for family-run businesses!
