Potentially that too, but mainly I have a child's pension going on that needs me to confirm I'm still going to be in full-time education this next year with a certificate. They paused it over the summer and I'm eager to get it sorted and that money I've missed in before I leave.

Usually you cant get this until you have actually enrolled (usually online) and are therefore 'a student'. Give the Admissions Team a call and ask them.
Just email the admission team of your university, tell them you need it and potentially the requirements of the certificate (length of study, start time etc)

Oh if it's an online process can I still get it done before leaving mid-September? I'm not sure how enrolling works lol. I did get an email from the uni saying they would send an email early September to register and sort out an IT account. I can wait for that, just basically I'm nervous missing that confirmed income when I get there. They took me be surprise this year as they haven't paused it over the Summer these past two years I've also had to confirm I'm still studying, and they're a pain to contact, super slow at emails and phone calls.
I did apply for a student bank account and gave evidence with a printout of the email I got from the uni and my UCAS status and they rejected it and told me to come into the bank physically (HSBC). I was planning on going tomorrow. Is there a chance they're the same in also waiting for enrollment?
EDIT: I'll probably email the admissions team anyway just to see what they say but I'm afraid to be a pain in the ass 😬 Thank you!
