To manage dryness secondary to isotretinoin include: Using an emollient (moisturiser) on affected areas or all over after showering daily. Examples of emollients that can be purchased over-the-counter include Cerave or Cetaphil. Using only 'oil-free emollients' on acne-prone areas (face, chest and back).

Any other issues with this then discuss with your GP or even the pharmacist at your local chemist okay.

It's normal to be really dry from accutane. I would reccommend Vanicream lotion, you can buy it on Amazon or a wesbite called iherb, it's a bit expensive but worth it.
