UCAT 2025 entry query

Hi,
I want to apply to medicine. I'm predicted 4 A*s and have long term volunteering at a hospital. However I got a UCAT score of 2630 B2.
I was wondering if weather I can still apply and how much my UCAT will restrict my application.
For standard medicine your UCAT would restrict your application (Most Russell Group Unis wouldn’t accept I think), but for foundation year it wouldn’t. I would suggest looking into all the unis and what their previously lowest accepted UCAT scores were and then applying strategically or retaking your UCAT next year. Best of luck!

Would 2760 B2 a good score for Russell group? GCSEs are 9s and 8s and 7s in languages.

Hi, I suggest you put your stats into the medical school thread. In the format requested in the FIRST post on that thread (all that info is needed to best advise.).

It's busy, so it may take a bit of time for one of the admissions experts to get back so a bit of patience may be needed. But it is the best place you can post your stats to help you.

I am not following you around I promise, but you have now asked this question in so many places on so many threads that it's hard not to cross post.

I really appreciate that you are nervous and want to know the answer to your question but as I have advised before the megathread is the best place for you.

You must put your info on there in the format of the first post on that thread as I have mentioned before as all the info is needed. There are so many posts on there that it is impossible to follow up everyone who hasn't done that properly and I wouldn't want you to miss out that way.

There is no difference in the UK between med schools they are all.accredited by the GMC. The fact that somewhere is a Russell Group uni is irrelevant. You should apply strategically to those universities that will interview you. That's it. The megathread will help you identify which ones are best for you to explore for your circumstances.

I'm not able to specifically post on that thread. Once I click the link should I click on Ask button and post there?
