OP, thegeek888 hasn't applied to or attended any university. He probably means well, but he is hardly in a position to comment on the law degree at BCU or anywhere else, or on your chances of obtaining a legal career.
Any law graduate can be competitive when seeking employment, but the blunt reality is that candidates who have attended universities with higher entry requirements may be more competitive than those who attended universities which are less demanding. This is partly because the former group of universities often have better resources and can attract better staff, and partly because of the peer group which each student operates within. It is easier to do well when you are surrounded by other hard working and academically successful students than it is when the peer group is less committed and the general academic standard is lower.
If you work hard and do well you can still have a crack at legal jobs, but obviously be realistic in your aspirations and mindful of the competition. Best of luck.
