Making new friends - learning a new language

I am learning Spanish.

What is the best way of making Spanish friends or getting to know Spanish people?

I'm not sure if this will help but there's this app called Busuu that I used a little for learning languages and there's a section of the app where you can help others learning a language you're fluent in and other people fluent in the language that you're learning can help you and you can add them as friends.
