Uni of Liverpool Carmel College

Hi I got an offer for Biosciences with a foundation year and was planning on bringing my car to uni as I am living at greenbank. What is parking like at carmel? Are there lots of spaces, am I guaranteed a space? Also, how strict are they with attendance?

I attended 2022-2023 for my foundation year at Carmel. Enjoy your commute!🤭🫢. Having a car definitely was a life saver for me, as the stories of the buses were bad. I also imagine you could easily make some friends who would gladly contribute to fuel expense to save them from the buses.

Assuming no changes, the carpark onsite is strictly for staff and behind a barrier. However there is a car park at the rugby club (next door) that allows students to park there for free during the day. I always got there fairly early and got a space but I know it would often fill up by 09:00. There’s decent parking availability along the main road though, just got to maybe walk the hill.
