in my experience, most people don’t mind what you wear to uni! It varies course to course (e.g. I’m led to believe power dressing is very much a thing in law) but in my course (biomedical science) it’s a real mix of people who come in hoodies and jeans and people who dress up a bit more. I’m a metalhead so I tend to dress in combat boots, jeans and a t-shirt and accessorise with chains and wristbands. I can’t say for certain if people come in in heels, but if that’s something that would make you happy, go for it!
