St Johns tuition payment

1) whether course fees can be paid via credit card in a foreign currency (USD)

2) whether this would incur any processing fees from St Johns' end (my credit card does not have transaction fees); I saw that this other college (https://core.web.ox.ac.uk/other-charges) would charge a few pounds per transaction

3) whether the payment can be split up arbitrarily into a number of transactions (for example if I want to use multiple cards?)
