UAL portal - qualification upload
Hello,
I am going to be a new student to UAL chelsea college this upcoming year 2024. I am waiting for a CAS statement but am unsure if whether I am eligible or not. I applied to UAL through UCAS and have already uploaded all my qualifications (aka grades, statement of results and transcripts) onto UCAS. I am unsure if I need to upload it onto my UAL student portal as well??? In order to get my CAS processed. It's been a week since the A level results are out and since I'm an international student - I am quite rushed to receive a CAS statement in order to process my student visa and it's already august when my course starts in september. How much longer should i wait to receive a CAS statement! Pls help! Any advice would be appreciated!!!

Me too!!! I am so frustrated *
UAL are known for being incredibly slow to respond to applicants and generally being disorganised. They rely on their reputation and location to recruit students not a good applicant or student experience.
Get used to chasing for things as you will probably have to do this for your entire course.
