It doesn’t really matter either way, since 8’s and 9’s are generally regarded as being identical for most purposes if memory serves.

If you do want to give yourself a chance at getting a 9, you will need to give your teachers permission to access your scripts. They will have access to the mark scheme and can compare your answers to the mark scheme and see if any papers of yours are likely to be marked up or down. If you have a shot at having a net gain of 2 or more marks, sure, send off whichever paper(s) would be needed to do so.

I’m really happy across the board! It’s not all 9s like some, however, I believe these are alright to lead me into dental school. I’m also going to request a remark for History and Chemistry as 1 mark off the next grade. Does anyone else have a missing mark for English Language AQA?

ALL 9s I CANT BELIEVE IT - I had panic attacks before a few of my exams, so much so I was reconsidering siting them, while I came home after so many in tears thinking I did poorly. Little did I know a reporter would be interviewing me since I was the only one in my year! After all my anxiety, this really feels unreal. Well done to all of you, you deserve your happiness and worked so hard for today. Good luck for the future x :smile:

8, 7 and 6 for Computer Science, Music and Maths respectively, which I'm happy about.
6:5 for Combined Science, 5 for German, 3 for History (definitely upset about this, I love History 😭), and I barely scraped by with a pass for both English GCSEs. Might request a remark for Language though, I was one mark off a 5.
We don't talk about RE...

Bro I got 141/160 and I didn’t do the unseen poetry Q2. AQA gave me a gift.

anyone's grades in edexcel business drop massively from mocks, have been getting consistent 9s but got a 6 today. it's the same for a lot of my class mates, some even getting 3s

Did you manage to get into your sixth form? Those are still good - it’s alright to be disappointed but you should be impressed with urself :smile:

Congrats everyone, I got 7 9s, 3 8s and an A in add maths. 1 mark off in history so that’ll be remarked. As I said before, thanks a lot to everyone wishing the best for today - it really helps that the TSR community is very supportive. I’m satisfied and hope everyone else is too!
