Exeter uni- St davids accommodation

Hi, I have just received my accomodation offer and I got st davids, Kingdom mews which wasn't any of my choices

Has anyone else also get this one or is there anyone who previously lived here can tell me what it's like? Thank you!

Hello!! I’m in st David’s kingdom mews too!! It was one of my choices but I’m gonna be in first year so I have no clue what it’s actually like yet 😅 on the website it says shared toilets, close to train station etc, but I assume you’ve already looked at that and are looking for actual experience?😅

Would love to hear from anyone else about their experience if they see this post!

Look forward to meeting you though if we are in the same accommodation😁

I am in the same situation, St. David's was not my choice at all, to be honest I didn't even look at it when browsing accommodations earlier this year.

I am quite nervous as I preferred to stay on campus but I'm trying to be optimistic about it. I also got allocated Kingdom Mews houses so I'm looking forward to seeing you guys.

I’m sure it’ll be alright! the website says it’s close to the campus and town so at least it’s not a long trek to get there😁 And as it’s a house it’ll be more similar to second year where we find accommodation outside the uni? So maybe we’ll be more prepared for that living situation? At least that’s what I’ve been told, trying to be optimistic as well😅

Same with me, I also didn't look at it so was also pretty nervous when I got it! Tho the walk doesn't seem too bad so I'm feeling a bit better about it 😂
