SFE change of sponsor
Hi!!!
I need help! I have recently moved out of my dads house and in with my mum, and I need to change it on my SFE account so she can submit her financial details so my maintenance loan amount is fixed. I have submitted a change of circumstances form nearly a month ago now, but no changes have been made and I haven't recieved any acknowledgement that they have recieved my letter.
My mum has not got an SFE sponsor account as of right now, which is why it is so difficult, and the SFE phone line has been no help. Is there any easier or quicker way that I can do this through my SFE account rather than posting letters?

Your mum would need to complete the PFF2 Form found here https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2425/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf and then upload this online in your account under the evidence upload option. We would require proof of her status also sent with the form. Does your mum receive the single person discount of 25% on her most recent council tax bill?
I would also advise to put a covering letter with this explaining from yourself you're changing sponsor from dad to mum, and this is why you're sending mums details. This link shows you how here https://youtu.be/rOMx_EG5JWk
