I'm devastated at my dissertation.

Help me.

I'm devastated at my dissertation.
I found many lack of citations in my dissertation, wrong author name, a lacking reference (I cited tho) in reference lists, forgot paraphrasing (one sentence) etc.
I found data mistakes a week before the deadline, so I had to correct everything and then there was no enough time to deal with these issues.

I strongly believe I will definitely fail.

but....are there still any chances to pass?
my supervisor told me you did a good job to my draft (then I found data mistakes later), but, data mistakes happened and I completely had lack of attention to these mistakes. I'm now very ashamed of myself.

Not following the uni's citations guidance might show a lack of attention to detail at best - which might make them look twice. If I were you, play ignorant of any additional data errors you spot (most likely only you can tell and no one else but you two and maybe a third marker will see it anyway) then speak to your super to see if there is time to make amends with the bib and referencing and plead the case of you being on top of the work so didn't see the errors before stepping away and seeing it with fresh eyes. If they say you can resub a new version back to them.

Chances are they want you to learn about research not get punished so worth a go. If it's a no then take the hit on the marks and next time use Zotero.
