Hi there,
Coventry University student ambassador here,
I would say getting just the enrolment link might not suffice towards the confirmation needed to be a student as for you to complete the enrolment process itself as an international student you need to show your CAS letter.
I believe it could be a positive sign if you have already received the email for enrolment as that might be indicate your letter should about come in just around the corner!
