Ucas application is stuck in limbo

Hi all
I need advice on what to do as I have recently finished an access to HE course.
I tried to contact my college for help which said I needed to contact the university directly which I did. I gave a copy of all my qualifications to the chosen University (University of Wolverhampton) and asking to change course. They responded by telling me to go through Ucas.

This is where the problem lies I have literally no control over my ucas application and I am unable to go through clearing or anything as the supposed University needs confirmation of my results which I gave directly to them.

I am currently having the worst time calling college, uni and ucas. Ucas was the least helpful as they gave you prerecorded messages that did not help. All while the university keeps phoning me on a daily basis.

Also I did tell them I was having issues with my ucas application.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to change course at the Uni where you held your Firm choice - or changing course to go to a totally different University?.
I was changing course at the university that I held a firm choice.

I was changing course at the university that I held a firm choice.

Then Wolverhampton can do any course switch themselves - you do not need to do this via UCAS.
Phone them tomorrow, and if you get given the same story, ask to speak to a manager.
I will do that. Thank you
