Would i be allowed to only compete 3rd year

2 years ago i didn't finish all my 3rd i had done around 60% of assignments and was told i could do the rest part time. My uni mistakenly sent me a diploma and i wasn't on scheduled to be part time i emailed my uni many times and they didn't get back to me and by the time they did respond it was too late for my to start working on assignments as i was working and had already missed some deadlines
would i this year be allowed to completed my final year
