No they’re taking a long time. Also I don’t know why but the lsbu my account login dosent work for me anymore is that the same for you?
I think the account log in may be because we are now considered as students, so therefore when logging in it may work if you select student rather than offer holder.

Also I just got an email this morning about completing TRAC and an ID photo, this came to my personal email address. Have you received that email as well? If not, it might be worth contacting someone.

Hi again, I now can also not log in to MyAccount and have contacted administration but have yet to get a response. Is it still not allowing you access?

yeah its still not working which is a bit weird. I think we may just be a bit paranoid and they might be making official lsbu accounts for us.
