easy A Levels

Hi,

So I applied to uni this year but unfortunately got rejected because of my grades, I did not take A Levels tho, I took qualifications in another country, but I think it would be easier to do 3 A Levels rather than retake my qualifications as they are not well respected and harder exams overall. What are 3 A Levels I could take to try to get me into Law (I wanted to do Economics however I am scared of not getting an A in Maths), preferably the easiest ones but still respected ones, something that is achieveable in 1 year to gain 3 As. I would like to study only in London - which is why I need such high grades as KCL, UCL, LSE is where I'd like to go.

hey I'm planning to do law, I'm currently doing alevels I chose history, sociology and politics. Honestly if you are good at writing I think these are pretty easy, you just have to keep on top of the content if u want to do it in a yr and be good at writing, as they are essay subjects. I think sociology is the easiest out of the three in terms of content and politics in writing and content as well. But also you could really choose any a levels you want, but some unis want you to pick specific a levels so I wld check if the unis u want, do that.

Hi thanks for the info, I have thought about this and I think to get rid of the workload I will take my second language as I am fluent in it (Polish) and I am debating English Literature (I did go to school in the UK many years ago and I was top of the class in all English classes) as I think it is good one for Law, I am scared of the grade boundaries though, I am debating Sociology, Psychology and Business. I've never had problems with writing, but I am scared of the history workload so I probably wouldn't choose that. What do you think of my ideas? I've checked the unis I want and its mostly any subjects.

ahh i think its a great idea to do Polish, at least that's a guarantee. I did do eng lit for bit but i dropped it, it's just a lot more compared to GCSEs, there's a lot more reading that i just couldn't handle, and the amount of inference you had to do 😭 but considering u were top u shld be good anyway. Sociology is a gd subject, honestly the content is rlly good and some is rlly common sense and not too much as long as you revise. Idk too much about the other two, i mean my friend does psychology she doesn't seem to complain a lot, some of it is similar to sociology, but it has a lot more biology i think.
