Can't sign into Warwick account

Basically what the title says. I have received an email from Warwick instructing me to sign in to access my welcome checklist. I have put in my username as my Warwick ID number and the password as the password I used to sign in to choose accom but it says that my password is incorrect.

I had a similar issue when signing in to choose accommodation and was wondering whether anyone else is having this issue

Hi,I was having the same issue.They sent an email about enrolment actions that i need to do and when you register for an IT services account,they tell you your username.It should start with a 'u' and be followed some numbers.Hope that helps
Had the same issue too. A phone call sorted it all out.

Just to update: I was able to log in basically the next day as they hadn't sent me the link to do so at this point
