Studio room tenant replacement
Hi!
I am looking for a tenant for my accommodation to take over my contract as I am staying in another accommodation.
The rental dates are 07.09.24 to 30.08.25.
The price of the accommodation is £260/week, total per year would be £13260.
There is a £1000 Cashback too and i have paid £100 as reservation rent. Its an Silver club studio at The Neighbourhood Exeter(ranked 2nd best student accommodation in Student Crowd survey)
Accommodation includes TV Room, Gym, Free Wi-Fi,Free Breakfast,Laundry Room. For any further questions please contact me
