GCSE results for applying vet school (need some advice pls)

I am an international student from Hong Kong studying in Uk. I have just received my GCSE results today, I have always wanted to be a vet in the future but I am not sure if these GCSE are ok with it.
I got a 9 in art, 7 in english literature & Japanese H & Maths & chemistry, 6 in English language &Biology & Physics
I know that most of the universities need 7 in 5 GCSE including bio and chem but I got a 7 in biology. I checked the grade boundaries it's only 3 marks off a 7, do u think it is possible to resit it to get a better mark? (I am doing edexcel biology H btw )
I am also thinking about taking bio, chem (psychology/math), and art for alevels. What do u guys think about it?
Please give me some advice, thank you very much!!

First of all congratulations on your results

Given how close you were to that 7 you might want to just have a read through our Appeals and Remarks guide as it might be something to at least consider?

Vet Med is a different (and crazy!) set of standards

They're also expected to put body parts up some sheep, it's only for the brave :sheep:
