GCSE Grades

My daughter got GCSE grade 3 in maths and combined science and 2 in history and geography.

She is stressed and wants to know the path forward.
Will she be able to start her sixth form alongside resit for above subjects and how she can resit the exams( will sixth form school help with it)?

Your best bet is to contact the college(s) she wants to go to and ask them 🙂

From what I remember from college, students were more than encouraged to resit their English and Maths GCSEs to achieve a Grade C (I'm old and unsure which number this equates to these days). I'm unsure if there were opportunities to resit other subjects such as science, history, or geography - is she wanting to pursue these at a higher level? Definitely ask the college(s) if that is the case 🙂

Look ! I am sure she worked hard ! I am sure she can give a resit in November! If u just calm down and let her calm down! Got o sixt form and they will help I promise! My friends 3 years ago she got 3 in Business and she did a level in lower level which is fine cause she can move up as she gives assessment so don't worry she can do any a level she wants and give GCSE resit in November
