I would definitely resit GSCE Maths. For science I don't know since it depends on whether you would need it to study the courses you want at college and how many GCSEs you have got above grade 4.

If you need the science GCSEs, then I recommend resitting the science and maths paper at a college (adult, sixth form, or otherwise).

If you have at least 5 GCSEs grade 4+, you should be able to go to sixth form. In which case, you should be able to resit maths alongside your A Levels/BTEC/IB/etc.
If you don't have at least 5 GCSEs grade 4+, then I recommend to resitting all the subjects you need higher grades in in your following academic year i.e. next September - you need to do everything right within the next year to still be able to study at 6th form at 17, otherwise you will miss the boat. I recommend going to an adult community college or vocational college to sit at least your Maths GCSE for free. You might be able to find a college that offer GCSE science for free, but you would need to check.

As I don't have any idea of what your situation is, it's difficult to comment.
