Health and Social Care Unit 19

Hey guys, I’m struggling I really need help. Can anyone lend some advice for the first task of Unit 19. We are supposed to have this done over the summer so we can finish Unit 19 as soon as we get back but I’ve got just over a week left and I’m no where near finished.
I would really appreciate it if someone could lend some advice.
