How likely am I to get into imperial

I want to apply to mechanical engineering at imperial

My GCSE grades were:
Maths: 9
Computer science: 8
Chemistry: 8
Re: 8
English lang: 8
Geography: 7
Physics: 7
French: 7
Biology: 6
English lit: 6

My a levels are maths chem physics and Im predicted 3 A*

If I do average on my esat and my personal statement is decent how likely am I to get an offer?
Could you also tell me for ucl?

I really want to get into imperial but I don't know how likely I am to get an offer.

Also could you tell me other course other than mechanical engineering that's also valuable but I'd be more likely to get into.

Well, apply and find out! Either you get the offer or you don't.
Mechanical engineering has an offer rate of about 25% at both Imperial and UCL, you can see the stats on admissionreport.com

Civil engineering has a higher offer rate, but you should apply for the course you want to do, instead of trying to game the system just to get into a particular uni.

What I'm worried about is that I didnt do further maths even tho my school offered it because my mum was greatly against it for some reason even tho I'm really strong in maths so I had some family issues with that but imperial seems to favour further maths more so than other unis, and those who get in withott further maths are usually those who went to a sixth form that didn't offer fm

Again, apply and find out. "How likely am I to get an offer" is a pointless question. What are you going to do based on this information? Not apply?
If you want to go there, apply. You have the right grades and subjects. Maybe you'll get an offer, maybe you won't.
